Ultraviolet bottle cap sterilization is developed in response to preventing contamination from airborne and dropped bacteria during the production process before sealing the product. The UVC disinfection machine for bottle caps can be connected to the production line filling machine to ensure simultaneous operation and instant sterilization after startup. The ultraviolet disinfection system can also be designed with a delayed shutdown feature for the UV lamp during filling machine operation, ensuring complete bottle cap sterilization and incorporating an automatic pause device to extend the lifespan of the lamp. (Filling speed and bottle cap size can be designed according to customer specifications.)
